A map of your stack, and what to fix first.
You tell me what you're paying for and where the money comes from. I go through it and send back a written audit: every place a human is doing a computer's job, ranked by what it's costing you.
Four things, in writing.
Your stack, mapped
Every tool you pay for, what data sits in each, and every point where you are personally the integration between two of them.
The missing joins, named
Not "your systems don't talk". Specifically: your Stripe payment doesn't create the client folder, so you do it by hand, roughly forty times a month.
What to automate first
Ranked by hours it gives you back, with an estimate against each one, so the order is obvious rather than a matter of taste.
What each piece costs
Build estimates per item. Take it and do it yourself, hand it to anyone else, or hand it back to me. It's your document either way.
It's written to be useful if you never speak to me again. That's the point of charging for it.
Worth it if...
- You pay for four or more tools and join them up by hand
- The same client details get typed into more than one place
- You couldn't say which channel brought your best client last year
Don't bother if...
- You're pre-revenue, there's nothing to join up yet
- You already have someone technical doing this
- You want one Zapier zap, that's an afternoon and you don't need me
Six questions.
Takes about three minutes. I'll reply the same day with an invoice, and the audit lands within five working days of it clearing.
